Direct and Indirect Lighting
The profile provides both direct and indirect illumination from a single lighting system. The downward-facing LED strips deliver direct functional lighting to the space below, while the upward-facing LED strip illuminates the ceiling, creating soft indirect ambient light.
This combination provides effective general lighting while adding visual comfort and a modern architectural lighting effect.
Cross section
The SUSPENDED LED profile offers a versatile lighting design, with a bottom section providing a generous 40 mm of space, suitable for installing 1 to 3 LED strips side by side. This allows for high luminous output with uniform downward illumination. Above, the profile includes two separate 12.7 mm wide channels designed to hold LED strips for indirect upward lighting, adding a soft ambient glow to the space.

Thanks to its direct and indirect light distribution, the profile is ideal for creating modern linear lighting in a wide range of interiors. The downward light provides effective general illumination, while the upward light softly illuminates the ceiling and enhances the atmosphere of the space.
It is particularly suitable for offices, meeting rooms, showrooms, retail stores, reception areas, hotels, restaurants, conference rooms and other commercial or architectural interiors. The profile can also be used to create continuous linear luminaires or custom rectangular and geometric lighting systems.
Installation
The SUSPENDED LED profile is ideal for creating elegant suspended lighting using 1.5-meter-long suspension kits. These kits are available in three color variants – silver, black, and white – making it easy to match them with the interior design. By suspending the profile with these kits, you achieve a modern linear luminaire with a “floating” effect, perfect for offices, showrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. This mounting method allows flexible height adjustment and ensures a clean, professional lighting appearance.
Installation into plasterboard
The LED profile is mounted on the surface of the plasterboard ceiling using spring buckles that are pre-attached to the profile. Once inserted into a pre-cut opening, the buckles are pushed into the plasterboard where they expand and securely hold the profile in place. The profile remains visible on the surface, while the hidden spring clips provide firm support without the need for screws or adhesives. This installation method is quick, clean, and allows for easy removal if needed.
