These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the order form on the website of LEDprofiles s.r.o. (www.ledprofiles.sk) and the relationship between the customer ("you") and LEDprofiles s.r.o. in connection with orders placed through this form.

1. Placing an Order

By filling out and submitting the order form, you confirm your interest in our products or services and agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Order Confirmation

After receiving your submission, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the order. A binding agreement is only established once the order is confirmed by LEDprofiles s.r.o.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices for services or products are determined individually based on the information provided in the order form. You will be informed of the final price and payment conditions during the confirmation process.

4. Delivery and Completion

The delivery or service completion date will be agreed upon individually. LEDprofiles s.r.o. strives to meet all agreed deadlines but reserves the right to extend them in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation by contacting us at info@ledprofiles.sk. For custom-made or personalized items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

6. Complaints and Returns

6.1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the delivered item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@ledprofiles.sk within 7 days of delivery. The issue will be reviewed and addressed individually.

6.2. Complaint Resolution Time
Each complaint will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and resolved within 30 business days from the date it is formally submitted.

6.3. Resolution Methods
LEDprofiles s.r.o. reserves the right to determine the method of resolution. This may include a replacement item, repair, or partial/full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

6.4. Return Shipping Costs
If the customer returns an item as part of a complaint, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6.5. Non-returnable Items
LEDprofiles s.r.o. reserves the right not to accept returns of items that are no longer listed or available for sale on our website (i.e. discontinued products).

6.6. Returns Without Justified Reason
If the customer wishes to return a product for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, LEDprofiles s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse such return requests.

8. Final Provisions

By submitting the order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. LEDprofiles s.r.o. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
